Hmm Proteus,got a 1000 same as yours but only 2 card slots instead of your 4 ,nice machine better than my Jv1080  which has Techno and HipHop cards,bastard the Proteus cards are so rare and so expensive in the UK I want the Vintage,Pure Phatt or Ensoniq cards prob the Ensoniq one,all silly money though.

Digital = evil?
Luddites.
If the original acronym had been DTO for digitally tuned oscillator, would that have created as big of a bogeyman as makes some people's skin crawl today? I have heard a properly programmed Micron or Proteus 2000 sound like a Minimoog, an Odyssey, and an SEM,as well as producing some sounds none of those could attempt, such as the SID. The biggest limitation of any instrument is the musician using it.
