Hi Bryce and congrats on getting a HAWK installed.

I typically setup a controller to use CC#'s 84/85 "Quick Parameter Change"
CC84 will select the parameter and 85 will provide the data/value.

Look at the list of parameters in the Parameter Quick Reference chart.. you will see a column marked "CC".
The numbers in that column are not CC#'s, but actually the value you would plug in the CC 84 value to select that parameter to change.
Once you begin to use it, it will become clear how to implement it.

You may also want to try out this GUI editor I made..

It's not completely done yet, but you can edit much of the parameters on the HAWK using it and can see what is at which value at a glance.
Nice thing is that it will adjust knobs/settings for you when you change parameters..
Like I said, it's not all done yet, but it sure beats going back and forth thru the manual/charts to figure out which parameter is what number.

It seems like the NRPN method would be the way to go, though I'm fairly new at this and totally confused. Thanks!
