Obviously Mike would have responded alreadyif he had access to email. I hope he’s off somewhere having awell-deserved vacation. I don’t know how your kit got shipped without thecorrect instructions, but you can always get them at sourceforge.
Of course there is also a link tosourceforge from Mike’s own page at http://patrioticduo.tripod.com/hawk800/techsupport.html.It’s not hard to fine a nice picture of where the four caps go.
