Subject: Re: [korgpolyex] VCF Drift Problem

Hi Gordon,

I just tested it with the EG INT set to 0, same results.
My Poly has a external CV IN for the VCF FREQ but it
has a switch wich turns both positive and negative CV
off, so when it's switched off you can say that it's
the same as it has no external input at all, with no
cables connected to the input, still the same results.
I've done all the mods 4 months a go and was using
the Poly all the time with no problem, it started to
act strange yesterday.
Please have a listen to the sample I've uploaded.

Thanks for all your help,
Gabriel Rodrigues

Stop guessing and start testing. Begin at the VCF CV input and work back. Check to see that if you hold a key with the VCF EG amount set to minimum that it actually holds a steady voltage.

The joysticks seem to lose their dead zone and go noisy. This makes the pitch bend, VCF mod and VCO mod go apeshit.
