Hi,
these three guys are for pitch-bend tuning (so moving the joystick upward or downward tune-up the oscillator just one octave up and one octave down, respectively) and for setting the range of tune for the variable resistor (fader) on the front panel.
I would not touch them without having at least an oscilloscope or absolute hearing.
