Yes but with caveats.

The RSH can be applied to DCO pitch modulation.

At the moment, that means that you can randomly modulate the DCO with a range of as far as the joystick does.

One of the features I am going to include soon will be a note modulation capability which will allow RSH to be applied to note values. So a sounding note will be able to be made to change randomly (or ordered in certain ways that I haven't quite worked out yet).
