I have fixed the sweeping issue and loaded up the patches, but I seem to have encountered yet another issue.

Only the high notes starting at the G# above middle C play notes. The rest do nothing. In addition the numbers and other buttons for programming make musical notes when pressed! I'm assuming that this is some sort of mixup in midi numbers. If there is any further information you need just ask, I'm not sure what else is of importance.
