Subject: Re: [korgpolyex] question for HAWK-800 owners

Sorry if I am not getting this well, but would this allow combinations like this:

16        8        4        2
ON       OFF    OFF    ON
ON       OFF    ON     ON
OFF      ON     ON     OFF

where harmonics are not "incrementally" switched on? Settings like the above I have actually used for many patches (for instance, chossing a "square" wave and having only harmonics 16 & 2 on allows for some bell-like sounds).

BTW, I yet have to post a video and explanation about some very irrititating behavior my Poly has been experimenting recently (related to pitch). And I have been struggling with incomes and also rocketing US dollar exchange rates here in Argentina (1 dollar = 3.8 AR$; average salary being around 3K AR$) that have put a temporary gag on my plans to go Hawk 800. Hope to get my Poly fixed soon and then, soon, my Hawk.

thanks in advance

Dave

Nice, just maybe this different order would be more easy to remember
and to use than yours purely binar:

16' 8' 4' 2'
08 = X
04 = X
02 = X
01 = X
12 = X X
10 = X X
09 = X X
06 = X X
05 = X X
03 = X X
14 = X X X
13 = X X X
11 = X X X
07 = X X X
15 = X X X X

I left your original numbers for comparison, but of course numbering
should go from 01 to 15 again.
