That blows my mind! The very first one I bought was a user/totally non-functional Poly 800. I took it home, cleaned all of the contacts, removed a bunch of very-corroded batteries, and it looks and plays like new today.
It's part of my arsenal of an Alesis QS6.1, my microKorg, a new R3 and a DS-10 app running on a Nintendo DS.
I make a lot of noise!

Speaking of, I recently acquired a Moog MG1, so one of my Poly 800's will have to go. When I decide which one I will probably let you folks on the Poly 800 list have first crack at it before it gets ebayed.
