I reloaded factory from sysex and voila! Its fine now
not that i need a chord of white noise.
Ive only had this thing a week and im really pleased with it.
It owes me £50 and £2 for a new battery and holder which i have fitted and its brilliant.
Not sure about doing the filter mods yet although i have the bits ready
Thanks for your help tho.

I think that's the "Noise of Art" patch but without getting out my
MarkII I don't remember what it sounded like. What does your Poly do
when it crashes? I've played around with mine quite a bit and I can't
ever remember crashing it. I've had it lose its memory after sitting
for a while but that's about it for BS. If this is repeatable I can try
loading up the factory patches and see if I can duplicate your
symptoms.
