It is almost the same, at least it is easy enough to just convert
between the two modulo the delay effect.

They do have the same places into the dump IIRC from doing the SD
adaptation. The EX manual starts numbering at 1 and the PolyII
manual at zero, but that's it for the differences. The delay
paramaters for the PolyII are simply tacked on at the end.

I've attached the text file I have of the sysex documentation which
should have been part of the owners manual of the MkII version,
although the place where I got it from has vanished from the web. I
don't think I have any other documents specifically for the MkII
version.
