Its rare that I put in my two cents....
While my own poliitical views are definitely aligned with one of you, in this context, it doesn't really matter which one.
This forum is for the exchange of ideas about our mutual passion, that wonderful little beast that has wormed its way into all of our hearts, the poly800.
As a longtime devotee to hardware hacking and mods in general, I have the greatest respect for both of you and your contributions to this forum. Keep up the good work and leave politics out of it.
Respectfully

you said "Good luck in New Zealand, where they have NO AIR FORCE!" you
didn't say anything about combat capability. what you said was wrong,
nothing tricky about that.

FTMP, the military in NZ is a defensive force, not an offensive force.
when was the last time NZ invaded another country?

the US also armed iran (using funds from CIA drugs deals in nicaragua);
armed iraq (when iran was evil, this includes the chemical weapons that
saddam used to gas his own kurdish population); i could go on... the US
will arm anyone with cash, and in some cases anyone without.

or NZ, where hospital emergencies are covered and preventative care is
well subsidized. you have to admit, it's pretty sad that the "heroes" of
9/11 can't get proper medial treatment until micheal moore brought them
cuba!

wtf??? it's your right to call me crazy, but do look in a mirror sometime.

what ever made you think i don't enjoy capitalism? i think that, like
socialism, it would be interesting to try it on a large scale. if you
believe that either of those economic theories have ever been implemented
on a large scale, then you're really a fool. several examples of recent
history ∗claim∗ to have been one or the other (while proclaiming the
inherent evils of the other), but if you look behind the curtain you'll
see how they're not operating as advertised.

you think islam has a monopoly on radical fundamentalism? i don't recall
any cases of muslims bombing womens' health centers. add to your list of
movies "jesus camp". there are people in the US who think homosexuals
should be stoned to death, and they're not muslims.

so what are you gonna do with the money you raise from the kits? stock up
on canned food and ammunition, so your basement is well stocked and ready
for hillary to take away your HMO? and ready for the UN to invade the US
with black helicopters? you're further off the deep and than i am. check
out some of the movies i've mentioned, and feel free to debate me on
facts... not the flimsy soap-box you're on.
