OK, here's what's been done this weekend.

i) Fixed the joystick code to use successive approximation. Runs with
eight times less CPU cycles than the original linear tracking code.
ii) Created a MIDI time code on/off global parameter. Allows you to
send start/stop and sequencer notes but without sending MIDI time code.
iii) made bend depth an extended parameter unique for each patch.
iv) finished sequencer local control on/off. Allows you to send
sequencer to another MIDI device while not playing locally.
v) fixed the Poly mode changes occurring when running the sequencer.

A great weekend and it's only Saturday.
