coolaudio recently released a newly manufactured 3205ic so we could think about modding the chorus in a delay/chorus like the deluxe memory man. That would be REALLY nice on the poly800.

there are also bl3208ic on the market right now.

I used both (i have 50 3205 at home right now and I'm making delays for guitar right now) . The 3205 is very "strong" compared to the vintage ones, really a lot of output and the 3208 is really sweet, definitely better sounding. My guitar delays are equipped with both so they sound good with both short and long delay times.

Have fun with the chorus mod!

That is a great mod! It certainly adds depth to the chorus. I wonder
if we can source some of the better BBD chips with 2048 stages instead
of 256, because that would probably make your feedback mod work even
better.

And, I think you need to work out what the minimum resistance should
be before you swamp the input because the sweat spot is probably very
close to the point at which the circuit gets swamped. You can clearly
hear it in your sample.
