Hi there. I had the same problem with my Poly 800. I desoldered all
switches, even though many still worked fine. Replaced them with
similar siwtches, only the new ones are smaller so I have to hit the
Poly's buttonsright in the middle in order for them to work.
Otherwise, they work fine. I'm uploading two pictures - halfway thru
the process (old switches are black and bigger) and after replacing
all switches.
