HI!

There's a really cool mod that lest you run an external audio signal through the VCF>Chorus via the EG3 (Noise). Check the archives, haven't got the exact link right here. Try keywords such as C103 (name of the capacitor involved in the mod), audio in, VCF (of course, in this very same NG).

Cheers,

Dave

Subject: [korgpolyex] New Poly 800 owner

I just recently acquired a Poly 800 as part of a deal when I sold my
Octave Cat. I've messed with it a bunch, but it just doesn't do the
trick for me. On the other hand, it doesn't seem like it would be
worth selling, so what I'd like to know is, are there any mods out
there that I can do that don't require much knowledge in electronics?
And can I do multiple mods? So far the only ones I've found online are
the Moog Slayer and FM-800 mods. I've listened to some samples, and
they sound good, but I'm wondering what else is out there. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
