thinking out loud about my wish list for new features at the OS level...
∗ velocity -> DCA
∗ velocity -> DCF
∗ velocity -> ENV 3 depth (maybe also for ENV 1-2)
∗ velocity -> noise level
∗ mono (4/8 voices stacked)
∗ portamento (legato mode? velocity -> speed?)
∗ all parameters should be tweakable via MIDI CC (with 7 bit
resolution, where appropriate)
∗ increase the resolution of current parameters to 7 bit (where
appropriate)
∗ random patch generator???
if all parameters can be programmed via MIDI CC, is there a need/desire to
make them all accessible from the front panel? using MIDI CC to program
new parameters could almost double the number of parameters available from
the front panel, since it currently uses a base 8 numbering system.
