OK, I am not trolling for downloads here...I just thought I'd share a
very positive experience with my EX800 (w/filter cutoff, res, and
noise level mods).

I took the magical preset 15 from the factory set, modified it a bit
to thicken it up, recorded it sweeping the filter cutoff and res to
emphasize the notes...then added a bit of delay and chorus after the
fact (only fair since the EX has no built fx of its own (the chorus
is a joke)).  And voila!!!  This is one of the FATTEST analog synth
pads I think I've ever heard.

I own some relatively expensive gear, and I have to say that the EX
is one of my favs to mess with right now.  (Don't tell anybody, but
I'm getting better use out of my EX than out of my Virus, for the
moment at least).

I love my EX!!

If you wanna hear the sound, check out "Aleph Point" at
http://www.ampcast.com/palancar - the sound in question is the HUGE
pad from 3:08 - 4:20...

OK enough gushing.......  :-) :-) :-) :-)
