Subject: Doug Slocum Howdy!

Hi All,

Just joined the forum and thought I'd introduce myself.

I was the NJ sales & service for EML (Synthetic Sound Labs) from about 1970 till sometime in the mid to late 70's. Modified a few, including adding a Moog ladder filter for Manfred Mann.

Though most of my modification and repair work was for the omnipresent Minimoog, I hold a very dear place in my heart for these wonderfully flexible and powerful machines. I only regret not keeping mine and never owning a 400 sequencer.

I got out of synths in the late 70's or early 80's when everything went digital (DX-7'ish era), but recently got back into analog by building a custom analog modular in the Moog/DotCom format, SteamPunk inspired.

I can take on repairs if anyone is interested and am happy to share knowledge.

Regards,

Doug Slocum
