i'd like to invite everyone to try their hand at programming a
(semi-)realistic theremin patch on the 101.
i've uploaded my first attempt to get the ball rolling-

on every eml, but i'm really curious to see some other approaches!
a few notes about my patch-
i've made a few decisions for the sake of palatability rather than
realism, though i would really like to hear a usable and accurate mimicry.
OSC1 is controlling the vibrato on OSC2 and OSC3. and OSC1's rate is
being modulated by OSC4, just to keep the vibrato from sounding too
steady.
OSC3 should not be turned up loud enough to overdrive the filter's
input- to avoid higher audible harmonics. its waveshape control should
be turned fully counter-clockwise. i've tried to make the knob
positions bold when a control is fully CW, CCW, or centered.
OSC2 should be almost inaudible and its waveshape control should not
be turned fully CCW.
