The only model numbers I've ever seen applied to the synth and sequencer
combo are 400, 401, and 416. The full wide synth version as you call it is
the more "common" version. I've seen it sold on Ebay many times and I own 2
myself. I've never seen the half panel model 401 synth anywhere except in
some pictures like the one in our own photo archive. Clearly the full panel
synth and the model 500 are related. The 500 has the keyboard and it has
more options, but the control layout and synth architecture are very similar.

There are some in our photo section and if you check out the links section
there are websites that have a few more . One day I'll get around to a
digital camera and I'll post some better photos of my own little menagerie.
If any one else here would care to upload some nice pics of the
sequencer/synth or any other EML gear, there's plenty of room.
