Subject: You guys are tops! I fixed the ribbon problem. What a nasty way to set it up!

So ok. Now I'm having this problem which I think is the described "dc
ok" problem. What were they thinking when they bend those ribbons so
tight? lol! I've seen easier turns on a roller-coaster! Ummm... I
do not have adobe Acrobat reader, can anyone download the pdf files in
jpg format or word even? I would personally kiss your feet. Well...
Not really, but I could download a wma of me groveling, if you like.
Sound fair? Hmmm.... So anyway, I found that by disconnecting the
24 pin wire connector from the main board, that it resets the computer
and you can even cause it to work without the "dc ok" signal. I don't
think the extra wear on that connector is good, however... No matter.

So is everyone else on here almost completely enamored of this
little bugger? I have found mine to blow every other synth I own
away(except perhaps the little ms-20...).

ps. Mein Gott en himmel!
