The original ears is hard to find, but since the SDS-V is pre-drilled a
lot of similar ears fit or can be made to fit. Or you can have a
metalworker make a pair for you. Some do work like that out of scrap
metal for a small amount...

Or, as in the case of my SDS-V, mount a sturdy beast below and use that
as a shelf. That works too unless you plan to go on tour with the setup.
My EPU carries both the SDS-7 and the SDS-V. :D
