AFAIK location has no real importancy. It's just that some modules are
"thicker" so make sure not to short circuit anything. The bus feeds all
cards in the same way, it's just that all cards don't receives the feeds
they're getting. It's been a while, but I think I tested my hihat in
other locations to rule out imperfections in the connection.
But I might be wrong, I have my cymbal in slot 6 and Hihat in slot 7. :D
