Archive of the former Yahoo!Groups mailing list: Vintage Simmons Drums (UK) Users Group

I'm really glad to see things picking up here on the list. Many
thanks for the uploads; that's what I had hoped for, although it's
ironic that all this stuff happened while I was basically ignoring
the group. ;)

On an electronic drums related note, the other day I found the flexi
that came with my e-drums book. I was thinking about it the day
before, trying to remember where I put it when I moved (whether it
was in northern or southern CA). It turned up in a sleeve of another
record when I was doing my radio show, so now that I have a working
turntable I'll have to convert & upload some sound samples. The flexi
has samples of a Simmons kit, plus some older machines. (Linn, etc.)
Some of the beats are actually decent if I recall correctly...
