maybe we had this conversation before, but i think it's time for Dave Simmons to take this to court as Bob Moog did a couple of years ago to get his name back... but as i remember Dave ain't in the music industry anymore bizzy doing something else?, i'm i right about this fellas ?
people who take over/steal? trademarks like musiciansfriend did with simmons must simply have given up everything and think in terms like "it does'nt matter anymore" "i don't give a shit about it" totally unrepespectable to fine musical instrument manufactures..... also in the end unrepespectable to musicians..... talk about 'musicians friend' yeah right.
how could we fight this musiciansfriend idiots ? probably chages in the law on how to use trademarks and logos ?
