If you want the "real deal" they're done by a UK firm called Cliff which is
still around. I think the knob type is known as K9 or maybe K85. If you're
in the UK I think Maplin and similar sites should help... If in the US
mouser.com is a good place. Most knobs fit... The SDS-9, has it got D-shaft
or round and which thickness is the axis?
