Yes, AFAIK... I have some old article from the release that mentions the
cymbal and hihat as "upcoming" modules...

I've used mine with a various of ins and pads. No problem this far...

It depends on your location, but here in Sweden a 5 card unit normally costs
in the region of $400. I bought my 6 card unit from Germany (Ebay) at 350
euro (though it was in DM at the time). They seems to be less expensive in
the US, though if you want the last two modules those can dearly cost you...
