For those of you who have an SDS-7 to toy around with, how can I
make those cool cymbal sounds? I need to know what EPROMs to use and
how much value of the right-side controls will be necessary. The
ride sounds to have an almost accoustic ride sound but with a little
bit of a hiss or a Simmons hi-hat sound mixed in with it. The crash
sounds to have a sound almost like a 16" K. Zildjian thin crash but
the pitched is swept up and has a hiss at the beginning of the sound
(I'm not sure if it has a ping at the beginning like the SDS-5
Cymbal Sound). The high hat sounds are a short analog "tsst" sound
for closed and a shaker-like hiss for open.

My only known source for the ride sound was from:
