Short story: I had "lost" an SDS9 brain auction. The seller found out
that the unit was broken so the buyer did not want it anymore.
Therefor the seller offered it to me. I asked him wether he had more
Simmons stuff for sale and he said: "Well, something very old which I
do not dare to sell" (the SDS 3). He bought it new 25 years ago and
did not have any idea what to do with it. His plan was to put it up on
Ebay at a start price of 200 Euros, but I offered him 300 for the SDS
3 and the broken SDS 9 brain and of course the SDS 3 pads. It is still
very clean and in very good condition. The Pads are displayed on my
site too.
