If a Jupiter-8 has been calibrated less than 1/2 hour ago, and you sync the
two oscillators, and use triangle waveforms, the effect is virtually
unnoticeable. Under normal conditions, the free-running analog oscillators
are not ∗∗exactly∗∗ in phase or tune and if you have some PWM going you're
going to get a bigger sound since a bit more of the audio spectrum is
being generated. Seriously, switching to: filter wide open w. 0 resonance,
1 oscillator per voice, and a purer waveform like sine or triangle will
minimize the layering effect.
