Actually, I went to a larger screen and I'm averaging a half dozen
designs on one $40 screen, so setup costs aren't too bad - that's why
I don't charge setup fees for new designs - I figure it's just the
cost of doing business. I wait until I have enough designs to fill a
screen, but what with all the Tellun designs and the Thomas Henry
stuff going on, I'll probably make two, maybe three new screens in the
next week or two. It takes me longer to set up the jig to align
everything than it does to make the screen itself...
Of course, for something big like the Milton, P3, Midibox SEQ, or
MB808, I sometimes end up using one screen for each design. And the
MB808 has five colors, so there are multiple screens...
