The mounting holes were slightly off on the first five. This is fixed on the upcoming modules which are being punched right now.
I didn't notice the thickness issue, which is too late to fix. I gave my metal guys a Stooge panel to match, and assumed they got it right, and didn't even think to check it! Of course, I didn't think that metal panels would have 100 different little issues to look to; I went from admiring Paul to adulating him for his attention to small engineering details. MOTM truly is impressive.

Scott,

at least from my perspective what should be matched:

a) Mounting holes

b) Panel Thickness. I realized after installing all the modules, that
the VC Resistor i built (from you)
is working excellent, but the panel _thickness_ is noticeable
less than MOTM/OAKLEY whoever.

I don't care about design and matching all front designs. It might
look prettier, but i am not building my
synth to win the beauty contest.
