Hey there everyone,
Thanks for the kind words, those who ordered panels and brackets! They, of course, are
also good traders. :)
Oakley is back! 7 PCBs are released. Check their site. Tony's new partner is a nice guy.
The Bridechamber (that's me) is now the official readymade module maker for CGS and
Oakley. No less than 35 new panels are slated for the next run (and most are already laid
out in Illustrator), including all your Catgirl faves and all the Oakley rereleases. I'll also be
doing panels for Tellun Corp, so you can finish your big ol' Neural Agonizer (and I can
too) and around 8 other designs. I'll also have brackets for mounting these. Many will be
available in .Com format too! Woo-hoo!
Cabinets for photos are being made by a professional carpenter as we speak. They will
come finished or not, in 24U 1 row, 2 row, and 2 row slant.
A VC Resistor vactrol-based PCB will be out very soon. Thanks to Dan at Great River
Electronics for laying it out! It's a very small PCB that can be retrofitted to give you voltage
control of most anything. You can use 4- or 5-pin vactrols, and one pot is PCB-mounted.
Double-sided, silk-screened, pimped.
How many are interested in panels for Oakley's old boards? I'm not sure what's getting
rereleased, so you'll want to base your votes on what you have now. If there is enough
interest, I'll make panels for those designs.
Take care and let me know what you think. Votes on old Oakley should just go to me
personally.
Cheers,
Scott
