Subject: panel order database

Hello,
I added a database for the panel order that lists the modules and how
many are currently going to be ordered. I added the new CGS Steiner-
Parker VCF, though Ken's already out of boards :(
The Paia Midi2cv8 design is especially open for opinions. I added two
outs for each cv. That way you can use the second one for the s-trig
output if you want. The midi 'out' is labeled that way so you can
wire it for either din sync or midi thru. The mode switches are now
toggles on the front. Midi channel is selected behind the panel,
though there's room if you want to bring those switches out to the
front too.
The Oakley Triple VCA has an extra, unattenuated cv input because
there's plenty of space and there's a pad for it on the board.
The CGS Quad Bandpass has a mixer on the outputs, so each bandpass
has its own output (which the individual builder can put pre- or post-
level pot) and there are two mixed outputs as well, which are
controlled by the level pots.
The CGS Steiner-Parker VCF has 3 cv ins, so an extra mixer board is
needed for this design. Two cv's have attenuators, as do all three
audio inputs. Blame Jeff for putting those ideas in my craw :)
