that's a single pot with a push/pull DPDT switch. mouser has 'em for $4.14@: http://www.mouser.com/_/?Keyword=313-1600F&FS=True

ergonomically, you wouldn't want a single knob, tho... as soon as you pushed/pulled to move from one pot to the other, you'd likely jar the setting on the first one.

and as others mentioned, you typically don't need different values... for vco course/fine freq controls, for instance, you just connect the wipers of the 2 pots to your CV summing node through different value resistors.
