http://www.synthtech.com/motm320.htmlIt could probably be stuffed into a 1U panel, by clustering the 8 jacksunderneath the 3 pots and putting the LED between two of the pots. Ifyou were doing the MOTM 2.0 DIY route, you could buy the PC board andextra parts from Synth Tech and give it a try.
As to whether there is an FPD design for this, the answer is: make one!
