How about mounting the PCBs next to each other on a custom bracket?

Will and I just got back to work on our Tellun 867 / DJB A440 Tuner and we made a bracket to hold the 3 PCBs like this: http://www.dragonflyalley.com/constructionTellun867.htm#bracket

This might serve as a model for the Quantizer - the bracket fitting over the two pots with the two PCBs mounted next to each other.

This looks like a cool project. Maybe Will and I should consider building one.
