Subject: RE: [motmpanels] Any CGS/MOTM panels laying around?

My experience with anodizing, which may be 20 years out of date but maybe
not, is that it is more expensive than painted panels and more prone to
color variation. Grant Richter's experience at Wiard indicates this hasn't
changed much. It is more durable however, as is the engraved lettering.
AFAIK only Wiard and Modcan use anodized panels, and Wiard still has silk
screen lettering while Modcan uses the "inverse anodized" lettering rather
than engraved.
