It's true, I'm swamped, and I'm trying to remedy this, especially as I was within one order of being caught up at the beginning of January. Sigh...
I've been changing a few things about the biz to make things easier and more streamlined, but I got caught off-guard with the number of new orders and will make sure to catch up straightaway.
Sorry if communication has suffered. I'm working hard every night to catch up, and concentrating on putting up and shipping orders.
