Mr. Brewster, Mr. James, Mr. Deyo, All -
Dad and I recently completely reviewed our 480 Page and made revisions that, while preserving the substance of the Join/Separate switch feature, present a more elegant implementation (or so we think).
We added pics of the lamb shanks dinner we made to fuel our review. The scalloped potatoes didn't really measure up to Grandma's, but they came close.
We haven't built the module yet and our 480 kit has been patiently waiting because we wanted to have the panel on hand before we did. Still, we think the switch idea is a worthy addition; at least for our own purposes and our design for its inclusion looks solid to us.
By way of comment, the switch is, again, technically not necessary. You could take the appropriate Output of Filter "A" and patch it into one of the Inputs of Filter "B" and get the same result. But the switch precludes the necessity for the patch and provides the "joined" 480 with four inputs. Kind of nice.
Look right to you?
Will
