Those PKES-60 knobs are the smaller version of the standard MOTM knob,
the same ones I use on many of my "small knob" utility modules.
They're not so good for rotary switches (depends on the firmness of
the switch) because they don't have flat section to grip between thumb
and forefinger. I've been using this knob for rotary switches when I
need a small knob (thanks to Dave Brown):

Davies 1510AH, Mouser P/N 5164-1510AH

When I can use a big knob I use Cosmo 7607 "chicken-beak" knobs (same
as used on Minimoog octave selector). But these aren't easy to get, I
bought a bunch from Stooge Larry years ago.
