Sometimes too tight. I had to drill out the jack holes on my last MOTM
module. I think my designs use 9.5mm holes for the jacks. Whatever the
sizes, they work well. I don't think holes are that much of an issue because
of the washers. Oakley's Omeg pots have larger threadings than
Bourns/Spectrol, I believe.

LED holes do matter, though. At least one orderer uses a lot of T1 led's, so
the holes are 3.05mm. I use T1-3/4 w/o clips (I use epoxy behind the panel),
so I need 5.05mm. We can use the smallest needed diameter for any given
design. Especially if you're using clips, drilling is no problem. Your bit
won't skip out of a 3.05mm hole :)
