Definitely! There are some SSM chips in there. The SSM2044 VCF is worth maybe $15 (it's the one SSM that's fairly readily available), but the four VCO chips (SSM2030?) are probably worth 30 to 50 bucks each.
The power supply, if working, would be worth something to a DIY guy, since it produces the "standard" +/- 15 volt outputs.
Can you save any of the keys? The rightmost key is often cracked, so people look for those once in a while.
