The company pointed to by the link above will drill your panels as well as expose and etch. They manufacture the Metalphoto aluminium as well as the alternative Fotofoil. I have yet to use them myself but am told they are very good. There are plenty of nameplate and instrumentation panel firms out there that use this same processes. Miller Dial in California:

I'd also considered using laser etching companies from supplied file-geometry and pre-anodized panels to avoid the slightly more involved photo-processes, but never got that far.
