So far as Will and I are concerned, the smaller holes are just fine (assuming they'd be in the same spot as the larger holes)- we'll drill them out no prob. But I'll warrant that you, Scott, would probably be willing to drill them out for someone who needs the service for a few bucks, right? So it's not like someone really needs to have a drill-press and step-drill to have a usable panel with the larger holes... you could do it for anyone who would rather pay a couple extra for it than drill for themselves.

A thought, tho - will our English step-drill neatly fit into metric holes to enlarge them? Hmmmm....
