So - if we're going to build it with all those separate dinky little
knobs, we will want the 6U version so that the "standard" unit is on
the right... but here's our stipulation... we want to make sure we can
easily have Jurgen's original standard "depths" so that we can make it
sound like his design intent.

So - how do we build it thus? Do we make it so that the full depth of
each band (meaning when the band knob is turned full right) is the
original depth? Or do we HAVE to build two of these things - one
standard and one with the dinky-knobs (SAVE US!)?

Oh no! Aaaaaah!
