I have around 100 EMS-style knobs, w/ the "satin" middle, if anyone wants some. I think
$2 per would be good. I can't remember what I paid for them. I got them from Cliff UK a
few years ago. They're push-on, but not knurled. They grip just fine. I had doubts about
that ("No set screw? C'mon...."), but they're very nice.
I was going to build a huge synth w/ them. At this rate, I'll be dead 400 years before I get
to that project. Not a unique modular malady, I'm sure.
: )
But I did make my own Digital Noise and Slope Generator -- great modules!
The Slope Gen, I connect to a sequencer. 'Through' goes to 1v/oct, up to exp fm, down to
lin fm, and you can dial in little pitch 'accents', the width of which are controlled by the
Slop Gen's Sensitivity knob. Sweet!
Cheers,
Scott
