AFAIK, apparently the only printers that will print white ink are
discontinued Alps ink-sublimation printers which you can pick up on eBay but
aren't cheap. The inks are still available. You could use one of these
with this transfer material: http://www.lazertran.com/. If you consider
going this route you should do some esearch into this -- I've never done it
myself.
