Subject: op-amp project board??

I'm in the process of getting ready to build the JH Tau Phaser. I'm
building it in a separate box. So far, it will have ten knobs, eight
jacks, and six switches. Which is one reason why I am not building
it as an MOTM-format module.

So I need to add several summing, buffer and other circuits, and was all set
to buy a bunch of these:
https://bridechamber.sslpowered.com/bridechamber.com/Buffer%20Inverter.html
until I realized it was for ∗single∗ op-amp, and that a TL071 and TL072
have different power pins. Now I'm not sure if I should be mad at
Scott or Texas Instruments :)

The MUUB-2 and MUUB-4 seem like fine products, expecially for people
who want to share circuits. However, having all those labeled
connections for summing ladders and trinpots and such take up quite a
bit of space, and I severely doubt I'll have the room.

While I could build on plain perfboard, it's prone to error and a bit
of a PITA. So does anyone know of a simple, general purpose project
board suitable for a quad or dual op-amp??

Also, does anyone have any good switch suggestions?? Since this isn't
MOTM-format I thought I should save some money by buying different
switches, but it is very hard to tell what what isn't crap by looking
at a catalog.
